Shipping policy

In-store stock is limited and orders may need to be manufactured with lead times of 10 - 15 working days before shipping.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (South Africa):

Courier rates for orders under 2kgs is a flat rate of R150 for overnight delivery service.

Main towns and cities such as Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, as well as Port Elizabeth and towns in the Eastern Cape, delivery is 1 - 2 working days.

Regional cities in Free State, KZN, Limpopo, Northern Provence, Mpumalunga, North West and Northern Cape, the courier delivery times are 2 - 4 working.

In-store pickup, You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3 Milkwood Avenue, Lovemore Park, 6070, Port Elizabeth.

Shipping rates are calculated on volumetric weight measurements

ZONE 1 : Sub-Saharan Africa 1-2 Working Days - R430 (0.5kg), R850 (1.5kg), R1330 (3.5kg), R1930 (7.5kg)

ZONE 2 : Europe & Middle East 2-3 Working Days - R535 (0.5kg), R1070 (1.5kg), R2290 (3.5kg), R3910 (7.5kg)

ZONE 3 : USA, Canada, Mexico 2-3 Working Days - R600 (0.5kg), R1165 (1.5kg), R2410 (3.5kg), R4275 (7.5kg)

ZONE 4 : The rest of the world 2-4 Working Days - R760 (0.5kg), R1520 (1.5kg), R2810 (3.5kg), R4830 (7.5kg)
